Sports pants

What do you wear? I do a lot of circuit training and having my 'bits' bouncing around is a painful and, even with loose shorts on, a bit....well, you know. Mostly I use lycra shorts from my running kit under looser shorts. They are getting a bit old now and I am not sure what to replace them with.

Actually I tend to do the same as you with lycra shorts under looser ones. If it works why change?

Anyway, I'd just keep with the lycra shorts under normal football type shorts.

No - you just need to link to the image with [img] [/img] around the address.

The lycra shorts are a bit long tbh and they don't really support me where I need it most. I wondered if everyone else was using something that I wasn't aware of

I play a lot of tennis and ever since Andre Agassi started the lycra cycling shorts craze I have worn them under my tennis shorts. However under them I wear proper apparel, though finding good supportive garments is tricky in high-street sports stores which are sometimes more "streetwear". Asking if they sell jock straps then describing what they are to the staff can be an event in itself.

You could try the larger SportsDirect.Com stores (Cricket department). Or Speedo-style trunks might work.
