Yes can make those no probs, couple of places local to me for a good bit of sporting are:

or

Anyone here shoot these regularly? Would be good to know if any PH shooters up this way?

I would definitely recommend somewhere with sporting for beginners, but how about a 'mini' English skeet comp ? It would be relatively simple to book a layout at Bisley for an afternoon for say 8-12 persons to shoot 4 rounds in groups of 4 or 6. I could probably arrange a scorer/official (one who reffed the English skeet at the Olympics)
Cost - you're probably talking £40 plus cartridges but you'd need your own guns.
Just an option.

Sound good, I would be for this, date dependant obviously. Cost - you're probably talking £40 plus cartridges but you'd need your own guns.

Not a problem. I don't take it too seriously and am happy to give anyone new some tips.
might take you up on that just got to check work on monday, only ever been a casual driven game and rough shooter so will be good to learn. will head to long Siberia after destroy my shoulder some more
OK - had a chat with the guys at NCSC Bisley yesterday regarding a few of us having a mini skeet tournament. We basically have 2 options:
1) Just turn up and shoot
They have score cards we can use, we will just need to slot in with any other groups shooting. For a small number of us (ie less than 10) this would probably make most sense, in fact there were a whole load of folks from a sporting club in Gravesend down there yesterday doing just that (maybe 15 or 20 of them). They didn't even bother to let NCSC know they would be coming!
Cost - for non-members £28 for 4 rounds (100 clays)
We would need to score ourselves, which shouldn't be much of a problem
They also have DTL available if anyone wants to try that.
2) Book a scorer and layout for 1/2 day
This would cost the same for clays + £125 for the instructor. We would get at least 1 layout to ourselves. Tuesday to Friday we could pretty much shoot any day, if we wanted a Sat or Sun we would need to fit around their existing bookings. This option probably makes more sense if we shoot at a weekend.
Personally I'm up for (1), we could shoot a couple of rounds, have some lunch (there is a reasonable (ish) cafe) then shoot a couple more after lunch?
Or if we're there at 9am on a weekday I can pretty much guarantee the place will be empty - we shoot 100 skeet in the morning, then have a wonder round Long Siberia Sporting Layouts in the afternoon - there are also score cards for that if we wanted.
Certainly plenty of options with very little organisation needed
