London Irish won, me and three mates got time off from our families to go to the game and have a few beers. Double win!

Cavendish and Wiggins bowed out from the World Road Racing Championship and our other GB boys couldn't hang in at the end. Not unexpected but sad to see the rainbow jersey go to a Belgian. Gilbert more than deserved it though, amazing finish that just broke everyone else.

Highly annoyed that the finger' won yesterday & that once again McLaren gave LH a car that wouldn't go the distance.

Annoyed that England got fked in the cricket.

Ashamed that my boys lost 5-0 at home on Saturday. They were a shambles apparently so pull your fingers out please!

Also very pissed off that despite ordering, & paying for, my clubs 2012/2013 season shirt during the last week of July I still haven't had it delivered.

Have been told today won't get it until the end of October......... Why? Explanation has not yet been forthcoming.

Very happy however that Gloucester Rugby beat London Wasps on Saturday - that made the annoying Londoner who was sat behind me slagging off The Shedheads shut the fk up!
