Live on BBC red button with D Millar doing a great job commentating or on eurosport.

Not much hope for GB unfortunately.

TdF and Olympics were the year's priorities, however Cav seems much keener to get involved today.

brilliant race, had drama all the way through with no one really knowing who would go and when.... for a minute i thought we had Stannard ready to launch JTL up that hill on the last lap but they appeared to get a little swamped. Fair play to Gilbert, he was awesome and mad eit look easy. I do like a good Belgain win!

JTL hasn't got the firepower for that kind of course. Not hard/steep enough (which Millar alluded to early on) for his climbing to really come through. That race was won by whoever had the biggest 1 minute power basically, and Gilbert is an absolute monster in that respect.

There seems to be a bit of a love in happening on the web though.

I guess its because we're used to sportsman being useless and thick, but he's not, just a normal bloke and everyone thinks he's the next Shakespeare!
