Did anyone watch episode 1 the other night? If you missed it it's on sky go catchup whatever. It's under 'reality'

It follows Brailsford and Sky from Cavs signing at the start of the season and It's well worth watching if you're into cycling.

I'm really enjoying it, there are some fascinating insights into SKY and their way of doing things.

Although SKY appear very modern in their training and facilities, Brailsford was in some ways very traditional in his simple focus on driving everyone and keeping them on the knife edge all the time. The way he constantly talked about "grafting" and finding out why people weren't performing made him look like a tough guy to work for. hehe

Great interviews with the riders too.

An absolutely brilliant series... fascinating. The lengths they go to, like with the beds and the taking over of hotel kitchens, is just amazing.
