Your most frustrating moment in sport
Discussion
What has been your most frustrating moment in sport? How did you handle it?
Me? Today I completed the Poole Parkrun and my Garmin says I did it in 19:58, which beats the sub 20 target I was aiming for as one of my short term goals.
Parkrun send me the result and they state it's actually 20:03. I don't understand the cause of the discrepancy but after conferring with a friend the offical time is quite likely correct.
I'm mega pissed off and frustrated, but at the same time I'm slowly realising that actually it doesn't matter. I'm so close to my short term goal that with another few weeks of training I should be able to beat that time.
Endurance run comming up tomorrow morning. 3 weeks from now I'm going to run that course again in anger and this time I'll be even stronger!
Have fun tomorrow whatever you're doing

Football when wenger got rid of RVP,
Breaking both my arms at the same time and falling out of training and watching a fairly promising rugby career go out the window!
I deal with this day to day by trying to train as much as I can even knowing its too late to be back where I was, being 18 and knowing getting fitter is giving me more years ahead of me!
