Immediately after Beijing I argued on here and elsewhere for his Knighthood considering what the cycling team achieved.

This time around...sod the Knighthood, it has to be Lord Brailsford. What more exactly does the man have to achieve or proove? Apart from obviously transforming British swimming and us turning up to Rio to hand the Yanks, Aussies and s their arses.

The man so far has taken 4 yrs or less to hand out world class beatings to whichever opposition he has come up against.

Keen has to get a Knighthood aswell for first setting up the UK cycling system, then recruiting Brailsford and now at UK Sport.

Put Brailsford in charge of Swimming. Shane Sutton move up to the Brailsford role in cycling and someone make Keen an offer he cant refuse to lead the Rio programme.

Maybe our cyclicts are just better than other cyclicts?

Swimming seems to be a different kettle of fish as it (appears to me anyway) looks far more competitive.
