Olympics Live Hyde Park - Anyone been?

We're thinking of taking the kids (9, 6 & 4) up today, but just wondering if it's worth it with kids of that age?

Also, were there long queues to get in? Assuming the impact of that will be greater what with being a Saturday, and also the triathlon on in Hyde Park today.

too late for today but i stumbled upon it on wednesday - 3 people in the queue and was free so worth a look - have some good bars and live bands + there was a tent for the little one to play with stuff. is like a festival - for free its fine.

Well, we went anyway. Fun, but the stuff in there is painfully expensive - Bungee trampoline things at £5 for two minutes???? fk off!

We're going to Hyde Park on Tuesday for Men's Triathlon and I wasn't aware of this. Is it worth staying on too watch more events after?

How easy was it to get into the park for the Triathlon and move around?
