I'm not normally a football fan and deliberately stopped watching top level football many years ago due to all the fkers falling over all the time and claiming they'd been wronged and deserved a free kick, or just plain time wasting.

How refreshing to actually watch a game were they actually played football!!! Go Team GB biggrin

I have actually enjoyed watching the GB women's football team. Watched the first match with no real idea of what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Some good skill on display, and some of the goals have been well orchestrated.

What has also impressed me is the respect for the ref and the lack of dissent.

Yes, I watched it all and was surprised to find myself so interested by it. The standard of womens football seems to have really come on in recent years. Team GB look good.

Went to Wembley last night and was very very impressed. The girls did us proud and what a great stadium.

Great game and thought they played well - bit disappointed though as it means they won't be in Cardiff on Friday evening!

Yes far more likely than I would go and watch a premiership or mens international.
