Anyone into roller / speed skating?
I used to skate about 15 yrs ago but gave up when i outgrew my Roces and a tank of fuel cost less than a new pair. Now my 4yr old has been once or twice and enjoys it, as a result of which i have bought him a pair of half decent boots, and myself a pair of Bauer replicas.
I need decent wheels - in the day i had Mad Hog wheels. Now i am older and a little more knowledgable, i would like a decent set to use indoors. I seem to recall Belair Hockey were popular, or Sims. All the hardness ratings confuses me. Anyone recommend a set of wheels to be used primarily indoors, with some speed skating / games. I need decent control and the ability to slide across the floor if required - do i need harder or softer wheels??
