Just checked the scores in the Premiership, and I can't help wondering just how many players trundled out onto the pitch with hangovers this afternoon! hehe

Bath decide they've got bored of losing and go and hammer London Irish.

Quins, possibly with their mind on going out and building a hangover only just squeaked past Exeter.

Then to cap it all, whilst Worcester beating Wasps by 6 points wasn't particularly a shock result, the Wasps players must be pretty gutted at gaining the dubious accolade of becoming the first team to fail to get on the scoreboard in the history of the Premiership, even if they did still manage to walk away from it with a bonus point! smile

Watched the Saries match yesterday. A real cracker to watch and it must have been even better to play. There might have been hangovers on New year's morning but there's a few more pains for them this. A tremendous advert for British rugby.

that Wasps/Worcester game certainly failed to ignite! Both sides picked up a few inuries though, and i'm sure Wasps will be especially gutted to lose Christian Wade considering the form he has been in for them if its discovered he's suffered ligament damage...
the loss of several of their back rowers plus Steve Thompsons retirement must now be an extremely bitter pill to swallow.

Was pleased to see Leicester pick up another win in particular this weekend, Sale sure didn't make it easy for them though !

I wonder how much long term damage Steve Thompson did with his comeback?

He was mad to have continued after the first time it happened, just glad he has no permenant damage.

There is a thread already running here on this years season
