Kind of like New Year's resolutions, always better when they are written down

Anything - lift some huge weight if you are a beefcake, hit a ball in a hole with less whacks if you are a member of the plus four fraternity etc.

For me:

Running:
Sub 18 minute 5k
Sub 38 minute 10k
Sub 1.30 1/2 Marathon (hopefully Inverness)
Sub 3.20 Marathon (2 shots at Berlin and Dublin)

Swimming:
Break an hour for 3.9km

Cycling:
5000 miles for the year - need to get back into it...

22:30 for 5k. Should be OK if I don't get (another!) injury.
