After reading the NFL tackling thread it has made me realise that I really miss watching decent Ice Hockey. Anyone know where it can be found on UK TV and preferably not pay to watch!

For NHL, I use

or

mp2p

or

atdhe.net

You can watch some Elite league (UK) games on Sky Sports, but these are a once a month event if that frown

Where in the UK are you? Might be able to go to a live UK game biggrin

I live out in Fenland for my sins. Could go see Peterborough but being from Cardiff it would feel like cheating. Plus no one else I know would want to go.

Hey

Slightly off topic but I used to play Ice Hockey and I've also had a couple of Elite league level games. Depends on what you want to watch, you can watch NHL via the subscription on NHL.com..if I remember rightly its quite reasonable.

Failing that many of the Elite league clubs have a .tv channel (I know for certain coventry, belfast and a couple of others do). And if your really getting desperate Peterborough has an EPL team I think which is a good standard of hockey...

Both, although no where near the standard of NHL, are quite entertaining levels smile i'm a Cardiff fan myself but follow the local ENL sides in Hants biggrin

EPL fan here, support the Slough Jets, although I'm slap bang in between both them and MK Lightening.

On Sky we got ESPN which covers most of the NHL games either live or re-live which is pretty good. My friend who is also into gets the NHL Pass.

Milton Keynes Lightning fan here.

Get down and watch a local game, maybe a PH meet when MK play Potty in new year?

Let's go panthers! As I'm from nottingham its fairly easy to watch some good teams play (coventry sometimes play here too!) For Jul have just subscribed to premier sports through sky for £7.99/month lots of matches really does feel like good value.
