ANNOUNCEMENT: Football Forum

In celebration of the Premier League kicking off this weekend (and the many suggestions in Website Feedback and our inbox), we have decided to give in create a Football forum.


In the next hour I'll be going through and marking which threads I'll be moving. It should be a fairly instant switch, but anyone typing a post as we migrate threads might lose their post. So, fair warning!

Dont forget to move the Depression Bar, the Spuds & gooners will be needing it soon enough...

Why? Surely football falls under Sport. Or is it to appease the "oh look at how intelligent I am, I have to spout off how much I hate football at every opportunity" brigade?

I think it will be good for the sports forum as other threads will get a chance to be on the first page which cannot hurt.

I assumed that the Football forum would just be a subforum in "Sports" rather than a separate one, is this not possible?
