Was said in jest pal, no offence intended. I genuinely thought he did a pretty good job today.

Easily as good as mr Liverpool rednapp or the late mr Chelsea Gray!

He's always going to have a bias towards Manchester united but I didn't feel it came across as strongly as I thought it would have.

And a "green" house, that looks like the Teletubby house.

I thought he was ok too.

Wasn't afraid to speak his mind about Balotelli, everyone else was being diplomatic, he came out and said he needs to sort his head out as he's an embarassment.

I did not stick around yesterday for the halftime talk, and the post match interviews, but i'm liking Butch Wilkins commentary more and more every time I hear him.

Nothing controversial from him, but every time I watch him, I enjoy it, although do half expect someone to get Tango'd at any minute!

I think nevs comments so far have been pretty astute - his analysis of the game was good and he's doing alot better than some of the other ex united commentators - dwight yorke anyone??? didn't think so...

he also is speaking astutely (yes gary neville) as he has played the game at the top level more recently than anyone else on the commentary team....

butch wilkins is also excellent he's praising and critical when it matters and isn't dominated by the big four - I like his personal touches as well if he knows a player...gives us a bit more of an insight...

I really don't want to like him, but he seems to be doing a very very good job tbh.

He's talking sense but I have this urge to smash his mealy little mouth in mad

Now I know how Mancs have felt with the Scouse dominated media these last 20 years.

For the first time in 3 years I feel blessed to only have access to Setanta Canada and no Sky football, at least I am spared seeing this tt. Seems he never recovered from his very first job of playing catch with parked busses !!!

Could not stand him as a player but think he's saying it like he sees it and has some interesting stuff to say.

Not when I was at his house the other day, he had a rather nice Jag. (true story!)
