Doing it tomorrow / Saturday, hoping for under 22 hours with fast descents.

Any last minute advice?

Good luck - 22 hours sounds about on target, is possible to descend a little quicker though.

Take time on the top of Scafell to get the right path down, very easy to get turned round up there, especially if the weather is in or it is darkness. We took a couple of those green light sticks and left them on rocks up the last section, one every 100m, and picked them up on the way back

pick up your litter, there are no public toilets in Wasdale Head and a few quid in the mountain rescue collection tin would be most appreciated.... you might not need them on this occasion but they are there for you....

Take the long way up and short way down for the bottom bits of Ben Nevis and Scafell.

Come down Snowdon on the railway line until you get to the first crossing, then jump on to the path.

Invest in a camelback if you don't already have one.

Don't sit at the back of the minibus - you'll be sick.
