We ride at noon! 24 hour bike ride

Good evening all,

Tomorrow, two uni friends and I are embarking on a 240 mile, 24 hour cycle ride from London to Brussels in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

We've trained incredibly hard (i.e. watched funny men in lycra falling off their bikes on youTube), and we think we're just about ready to tackle this loooooong ass ride.

We set off at 1200 from Clarendon Hotel in Central London tomorrow, and aim to get to the Grand Place, Brussels by 1300 local time.
