I'm looking for suggestions for a bag that will survive living outside - I'm envisaging something like this setup

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/3-WAY-BOXING-STAND-PUNCH-BAG...

although that seems a bit expensive, i'd wager a local metalworker could put together something similar for a lot less.

In all likelihood ill be able to put the bag at least undercover when I'm not using it, but I won't be able to cover the whole training area (well I suppose I could set up a pavillion type affair but it seems a bit OTT).

So any bags that can survive an occasional dousing? Anyone else have any setups that they use in their garden? I had envisaged maybe a lean to for storing bike + bags with a roller anwing to cover the garden but that appears to be a proper bespoke idea and costly.

I have a "punch man"ie..plastic rubber type bodice of a man on a heavy spring loaded water filled base.Has lived outside quite happily for 2 years in all weather only the sun has faded the red body of the man
Remember to let out a little water in winter to allow for frost expansion.
Tempting but surely it falls over if you go to town on it? plus theres no movement like a dodge bag etc.
