So, Warner falls on his sword and all investigations by the "ethics committee" are dropped... FIFA statement that Warner's "presumption of innocence" still stands.
It is blatantly obvious that Fifa is rotten to the core, and this is a move to prevent the lot coming out into the public domain.
And fatty Blatter said at his reelection that he wanted an era of "transparency"...
