I have a pair of mens final tickets but due to work commitments will be unable to attend.

My tickets are non debenture so cant be sold according to the rule book but looking in ebay they seem to sell and that to for silly money!

I have never used ebay and a mate has told me AELTC will contact ebay and remove any non debenture listings so guess no point even trying with 0 feedback!

Apart from gumtree is there anywhere else I can sell these?

Thinly disguise a 'for sale' ad as a thread on Pistonheads.

The way that security has been ramped up in the last couple of years, it'd probably be 50/50 at best if you actually got in with scalped tickets.

You could probably swap them for another day with AELTC.

Ring up the AELTC and ask them if you can swap them for Men's Semi day ? Better day's tennis anyway......

I would definitely ring them and see if there is anything they can do.

They can offer me a full refund.

What about sites like viagogo get me in etc?

These tickets are going for thousands!!?? How do these sites work?

They act as a middleman for buyers and sellers

if you want to sell them them there are ways of doing it withotu paying high fees to viagogo etc

Be careful if you sell on ebay, my flatmate sold a pair of semi-final tickets a couple of years ago and got £800 for them. A few weeks later he got a letter from solicitors acting on the behalf of Wimbledon, I can't remember the exact details but he ended up having to pay them about £600, presumably they had got his details from ebay.
