Parachute jump - anyone done it?

I've been asked if I want to do a parachute jump. There's a large part of me (the same part that agreed to abseil off the Morgan Stanley building at Canary Wharf for charity) that wants to do it but I'm also a bit concerned for obvious reasons.

Has anyone done one? What was it like?

yep, static line a good number of years ago, absolutely fantastic, the shot of adrenalin you get sitting in the door of the perfectly good airplane you are about to jump out of is amazing.

go for it, one of the best things ive done....

Yep done one, was one of the best things I've ever done! The rush you get during free fall is just amazing.
