There's talk coming from Carl Froch that apparently there are clauses going in mike Tyson's contract that if he KOs Jake he gets paid less, less if he pastes him in rd1 and so on. I hope that's not the case but it is just a Netflix money grab so wouldn't be surprised.
How much to bite an ear off?
rofl I'd pay mike for that

Froch was a great boxer, but he’s a terrible commentator and gobste. How would be know anything?

I hope the winner of Wilder Zhang does not get a world title shot as Parker beat both of them so surely he should be next in line.

Interesting matchup all the same. I think Zhang will prevail. 6th round stoppage.
If Wilder wins with an early stoppage and takes no damage, Turki said he wants him to face Big Baby Anderson on the August LA card. That seems improbable, though, but AJ has Wembley booked for September. Most likely opponent is the winner of Hrgovic vs Dubois, but Usyk is petitioning the IBF to let him keep the winner of that bout is the mandatory for, if he's successful, AJ won't have any reason to fight them. Then, I think it'll be AJ vs Wilder

More likely though, Big Bang knocks Wilder the fk out, then I'm not sure what they'll do with him and Wilder will retire.

I don't think it matters, I'll put myself out there for ire and wrath, but if it is a real fight then Jake will do serious damage to Tyson.

It's interesting because Zhang showed what can happen to a fighter who has fallen for his own chin and power and has zero head movement. I do wonder of this fight might be his Joe Joyce moment. The big fella has ridiculous power but his defence is very similar to Joyce's, he just walks forward. Wilder will catch him, it will be interesting while it lasts. I've taken a cheeky if unlikely double of Wilder and Dubois by KO. So, expect them both to get dusted... smile

Just watching the weigh-in and they happened to interview Okolie and Moses Itauma. Okolie was asked about the time when he was sparring a 15 year old Itauma... what he said was quite interesting....surprisingly candid!

Thanks guys. I really liked it too. I'm sure whatever field we work in, we have likely all come across a very occasional precocious talent, and it is tempting to play them down, as it makes them feel less of a 'threat' to our own ego. So to see Okolio having the self-confidence to give him his props was really nice.

Was a great fight considering how wide the results on the cards were, you would never have thought it was that tense if you just saw the scores!

Looking forward to Bell v Ford

Agree. It was a fight where the score cards don't really tell the story.

Onto this next fight.... Ford is looking sharp...

Agree on both well said from Okolie… a boxer I don’t really enjoy watching admittedly, but still nice words - class

Enjoyable night so far.

I predict bum squad and Dubois both get beaten.
