This might just be the type of pitch where Curran is most effective. Let's hope so...

India riding their luck so far.

This. How can you have two semis one with a reserve day and one without, oh and it just so happens that top of the table India are given the one without and a free pass in the event of rain.

I also hear the AFG got delayed and had no practice time.

The majority of the organisation of this WC has been a joke
I think the only one back up day was due to the second semi being too close to the final and any back up day wouldn't give them enough time to prepare for the final.

That sounds very very reasonable.

I then you remember they could have avoided this with some simple scheduling changes. Or played both semis on the same day.

Once the ICC concede the principle that grounds, time zones etc need to be geared to India then accusations of favoritism are bound to follow.

Anyway England will win so it doesn’t matter

Yes they could have moved the final back 24 hours to allow for island hopping, however i believe that day doesn't work for them.

Although it happens in football, ko are timed to allow European audiences to watch the game even if they end up at weird local times.

Eng and Aus get blocked off slots to play the ashes. He who pays the piper etc. Nothing new I'm afraid smile

Anything below 170, I think is gettable.

That's also the Cricinfo prediction.
