I don't think the on court interview was particularly with the BBC, more aimed at a global audience.

I wasn't there so I don't know.

The hatred for Djokovic is really hard to understand but it mostly seems to come from the casual observer. Within the tennis world of players and competitors at various levels on the other hand, he is very much respected.

The fact that he doesn't have the charisma of Fed and Nad and he kind of spoiled their duopoly may explain it though.

As ever, it's mostly a small but vocal population of people with issues and very little knowledge of tennis.

I can’t stand anyone that boos at sporting events. It really spoils it, and is so childish and disrespectful. That includes tennis, F1, snooker etc
