She has split with her coach who guided her to the US open title.
She says she wants someone who has WTA experience at that high level.
Not sure that is a good idea
Uncle Tony had no experience at that level yet did pretty well for Rafer (I know he has changed recently)
Yeah saw that - did seem both a little strange and a kick in the teeth for the coachShe says she wants someone who has WTA experience at that high level.

He had only been her coach a few months as she got rid of her old coach after Wimbledon. He also had little experience with the tour and had been her junior coach. She says she wants someone who has WTA experience at that high level.

This doesn't seem to be all that surprising. She is clearly a top player and she needs to find a coach that works for her to challenge for more Grand Slams. Often with these top players it is more the mental aspect the players want help with

This is a business, in the big leagues.
Winning the US Open at 18 shows she could be massive.
She needs someone to develop her, with experience at this level.
The outgoing coach has only been working with her for 3 months....

I agree with what alexRS said last night , just leave her alone , she's just a kid , almost , being only 18 .
She is partaking in a high profile sport with big money at stake. There is zero chance of her being left alone. Welcome to adult professional sport Emma. She will know this unless she is thick as mince, and she isn't thick as mince.

She’s in a totally different league now, after a very rapid rise
She needs a new level of support as she’ll be regularly pitched against top 20 players.
Emma has been enjoying her tennis so far, from playing Nottingham, then facing her first real challenge at Wimbledon where she had to retire, through to winning the US Open - It's all been a rollercoaster of enjoyment in rapid-fire...She needs a new level of support as she’ll be regularly pitched against top 20 players.
She goes into 2022 as World Number 23 and this is where it gets serious, where she'll learn more through loses, injuries, because there will be setbacks as there always is at the top level of sport.
I hope she'll win loads, smile lots and lose gracefully when that happens......

Really next season is critical. Raducanu needs to maintain a top 20 WTA ranking & if she does, she's definitely made it.
I agree, we'll learn so much more about her as a player next year - At the moment she is embracing the fame of her title win and you can't blame her for that... Looking forward to 2022... McGee_22 said:
I expected that tbh... She will be quite a draw for the tournament...McGee_22 said:
