we are not going to get knocked out. the closer we get to this world cup i am convinced we will win it. who is going to be in trafalger square for the parade on the 10th?!?! blind faith and optimism never hurt anyone! after all, forty years of hurt etc, i can remember us getting knocked out of Mexico 86, Italia 90, France 98, i was a pesimist then but now i am going the other way. it might hurt more if the unthinkable happens but when it all comes good........

I'll usually support the underdog. But for some reason I have a mental block when it comes to supporting the Germans and must admit I'd love to see Brasil get stuffed by any of the lowlier teams in the comp
