Watch a game of baseball on the tv before you buy tickets, games can take a long time without much happening. I have games on while I am doing other things in the house, I don’t think I could sit through a whole game without something else to do. It’s a pity you are going at the wrong time of year for American football, since the atmosphere at some of the college games looks amazing. 8 of the top 10 largest stadiums in the world are college stadiums.

I’d got it on my list of things to possibly do, but hadn’t got any further than that.

I expect it’s sold out by now.
I don’t think so, I got an email this morning reminding me to buy tickets (previous attendee and MLB.com subscriber)

This was the link
Yes , they still have tickets on sale.

Thank you for the link.
Not the same as actually being there but you can watch it live on the BBC iplayer

Baseball is crap , 3 hrs of rounders with vastly overpriced concessions . NHL or NFL gets my vote but with the Stanley Cup ending June 27 and NFL not starting until Nov your choices could be limited . Want an experience , go drag racing .

Go to an NHRA drag racing meeting. The full aspect of an event is awesome.

Haha, that’s what I told my American cousins. We call it rounders.
So they took me to see the Mets play. (So I’ve been a Mets fan since)
And hey, they are playing in the UK.
Great atmosphere, great experience.

It’s a lot easier getting baseball tickets than USA football tickets.
I would love to see a game.
We got the Patriots and Chicago Bears playing here this year.

I shall watch the Saturdays game on TV. (Get a better understanding of the game)
Then the game live on Sunday.

LETS GO METS.

Haha. Now who said Baseball was boring.
Wow what a great game, what a great win, by the Mets.
All the way down to the wire. 9th/last innings.
Could have gone either way, perhaps with the Philies slight faves.
But then for the Mets to pull off a totally unexpected win.

The game lasted 3 hours 30 mins.
Which flew by.

Great atmosphere, great experience.
Great crowd.
Great interaction with both sets of fans.
High fives all around.
