The suspect values came from sample taken from the ToB in 2012 i think.
It's the discrepancy between the two samples that's the issue.

Mick Rogers busted for clenbuterol in a late season race. Must have been sourcing that steak off his teammate Bertie...

Interesting podcast from Humans Invent (8th Dec - David Walsh special) with an interview with David Walsh on him being given open access to Team Sky and his views on Armstrong.

I've been enjoying those pods for a while. thumbup

Re: Mick R. I despise the way that the BBC have painted it as ex-Sky Wiggins-supporting rider caught, when the story is surely that a team mate of Contador has been busted for exactly the same thing Contador claimed to have done accidentally?

Tour Down Under start list is pretty much confirmed, this race is starting to get the riders it deserves now they have got the hang of devising a good route. Shouldnt be so easy for the sprinters this year although Kittel and Gripel will slug it out for early confidence boosters. Bakelants and a Van Poppel will go well but I fancy a home win although I think it will be Gerrans not an Orica rider. For once I cant embarrass myself and say "watch out for Lars Boom...."

Anything on ITV4 for the TDU? Have ditched Sky, but retained Eurosport.

scroll to the bottom for tv streaming etc

First blood to Kittel today/yesterday/tonight/this morning beating Gripel in a sprint, quite fancy an attack on the last climb tomorrow/tonight/whenever which could give someone a substantial lead if it holds to the finish.

I'm sure it will be.

Neither of them will win though. If anything they'll be riding for Stannard...

Why do you think they will be riding for him?

Anyway, with this new climb they have added it will be interesting to see if Stannard can get over it with the right group, not that it matters, he'll never win.

Because neither of them will be aiming to peak at MSR, and Stannard was sixth last year.

I don't think he'll win it either (sadly). Which begs the question, why would you have your two biggest names riding a long race in Italy?
