A quick Google suggets there's an NCC one in St James Mill road - anyone know exactly where, or any alternatives?

Get yourself some bathroom scales. Many will go to 150kg+ and one under each wheel will give you the corner weights as well. Thats what we did with my fathers westy and got the figures confirmed by Northampton motorsport.
