I know that there is already a thread for garage recommendations, but I feel that I need to mention the fantastic service I had from Steve and the rest of the staff at N'pton M'sport. Their service this last week has been above what I would expect from any workshop and has enabled me to get my Caterham ready for a trackday tomorrow (hope it passes the noise test!!).
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
