Local gearbox specialists?

Anyone used any local gearbox rebuilders that they would recommend... need a Renault PK6 (Laguna) box doing after its now traditional triennial failure?

Northampton Gearboxes located off Grafton Street.
Used them to rebuild an MR2 box when we wanted an LSD fitted for a previous project.

Northampton motorsport used them for the box in the seight - it came out twice because i wasnt happy with it. Still not happy with it but got used to it now.

i supose its a warning because i am sure i wouldnt have had as much clout as northampton motorsport.

Sorry Dave, I'm genuinely confused now. I thought you were saying that Northampton Motorsport had rebuilt your box but it now seems it was Northampton Gearboxes through Northampton Motorsport. Yes?

as it says above - northampton motorsport used them.
i dont think they did a good job - gearbox place not northampton motorsport who are great.
But they did rebuild it twice under the request of northampton motorsport,would they have done it for me if i had been dealing with the gearbox centre direct ?
Would i recomend the gearbox centre - no
Would i recomend northampton motorsport - yes
