usually first sunday of the month, 12 noon at sywell airport in the large carpark round the back.

No idea who's going, we're normally a last minute decision dependant upon what time we get up and the weather hehe

Is it worth going to a meet at this time of year?

I expect attendance will be low

historically meets have always been the 1st sunday as it was the date that didn't clash with the other county meets, TVRCC etc. agree with stig though I think you'll struggle to get good turns outs when the weather is poo

No, although the thought is there.
Winter meet means you can't speak as your teeth chatter too much.

Mike,
if you fancy a meet - petrolheadnirvana have a meet at the Ace cafe at the begining of every month.i have been going for the last few months and there is regulary 50 very nice cars and people there. The food is pretty good too. They also have at least one other meeting & hoon a month. They have regular monthly meetings and runs to goodwood breakfast club.Begining of Feb there is a run from the Ace cafe down to the south coast for lunch.I know it is not that local but it is great fun.

Hi Dave, Will be up for a drive down to ACE a few times this year the car will still be at Caterham getting some work done for the Feb one but let me know if you are going to the March or April dates.

Never around for the sunday meets as I play football but will try and get to a few, some early Saturday morning hoons this year would be good.

Would like to take a week off football this year to go to Midlands Breakfast Club as I have never been could get a few us to go over in March/April when the weather gets a little better.

i may be mad Matt - but even i couldnt fancy a 160 mile round trip in sub zero temperatures with no screen, sides, heater etc, etc.Although i have been out in the beast a few times just to get the snow off it.

I'm around on the 7th, so can meet over at Sywell if others are going to go.. Quite a trek for me to get there.

I'm hoping we have a nice spring so we can get some runs in, been lacking over the last few years due to the rubbish weather.
