My son is looking for the above preferably in Wellingborough or surrounding area up to about 600sq ft ideally with room for about 3 cars to be worked on,elsectricity a must,and secure

A friend has just vacated a unit in earls barton on the white house industrial estate.
No other details known sorry.

Rob is now open at new unit on red ditches farm silverstone, its behind the golf course on the Dadford rd.
Im currently in the process of opening a small workshop for bodywork and some fibreglass moulding work next door to him.
If anyone wants to drop in and say hi your more than welcome.
