Hi all,
A guy came round last night to give us a quote for two new roller garage doors. The product looked very good and he offered a reasonable discount. I'd like to get some other quotes and look at other products to compare. Does anyone have any local recommendations ?
Thanks in advance
Mrs BC

hi we used robinsons blinds and shutters for our garage doors and they did a very good job and would recommend them.

We had the Garage Door Centre too, can't complain about the product or the installation service as this was sorted through the builder (and apparently installed in less than an hour)

After sales isn't so hot IMHO, dont seem to carry accessories & just got the brush off impression when I contacted them last month.

Hi, if you are having roller doors then SWS make the most reliable doors. I have fitted just short of 100 of these doors and only had 2 factory failures. Pass on the garage door centre, i used to work there........

Hi, if its not too late, i asked my friend about these doors and he will supply the doors to me/you at cost and just charge you for fitting. The doors will carry the full manufacturers warranty as he is an approved installer.

Hi, if you have a look at www.rollergaragedoors.co.uk these are the best doors as far as rollers go. There is another company that uses the same panels and motor, i'd have to check the price and warranty though.
Cheers
Chris.
