Any ideas what sort of route you might take? It's a long way in my 7, but I might be tempted...

Hmmm, might be a bit far off route for me. I'm out Daventry way, and Bedford for me means going down the M1 really, which is the very last place I like to drive! I'll probably give this one a miss.

Hardly on the way to Bedford though is it?! And it's not the nicest route in a 7 with a crash hat on.

Could do. Where would you want to meet? I live down in Woodford if it makes much difference.

As for the route, whilst I can do duel carriageways and so on, I'd rather have a slightly more back road route. But if you do plan something, would it be possible to print a map, as I'll probably be on my own, which makes using a satnav a bit dodgy.

This might be a silly question, but what exactly is this beds meet. I wouldn't mind going but can't find anything about it. Cheers.

Sounds like a plan, assuming the weather is ok. Whilst I do drive mine in the rain, a 150 mile trip in the rain is going to be a bit much with no roof or windows.

So Sunday....weather is looking OK.
I live in Rushden and Im happy to meet anywhere to accommodate everyone.
We could then do a back road run there.
Any idea's???
We could meet near Brackmills and take the A428 towards Bedford and then head past Cardington Hangers out to Shefford then Henlow onto the A1 for 1 mile to the venue.

What do you think
Can we have a firm list by Sat lunch please?

Right, unless all the weather sites are lying, or I manage to break my car servicing it today, I'm in. Oh, where in Rushden are we meeting?

Ah, just noticed the bit about Brackmills. That would be easier for me, but I have no problem going out to Rushden.

Was good to meet up with you lads and see a good fee shiny TVRs. Just a shame I lost 4th gear on the way down, and my clutch when I was 2 miles from home. Oh well, gives me something to do with my week off. frown
