Wild an Wooly scramble
Discussion
Blimey, does this still happen?! I used to go to this when I was a very young kid with my folks and my brother. Probably 30 years ago... Two of my cousins used to race in it (Paul Tapp and Kevin Sibthorp) so it was a real family affair. I also remember lots of mud and being picked up by my dad and leaving my wellies in the mud .
Glad to see it still takes place.

Saw a 'bikey' looking couple in Halfords just after lunch,
by the look of them,
(they were both plastered in Milton Malsors finest mud)
I guess the W&W lived up to its reputation.
Once I watched Two people arrive in the car park by micro-light,
and one summer I dropped off some equipment to British rail workers maintaining that great bridge that crosses the field/M1,
and one of their guys had tried to navigate the course in his van with predictable results
