With the Puma being my sensible dependable every day car, I am trying to keep it garage serviced, and it could probably do with a cambelt and pump in the next few weeks. Tried Ford this morning and they gave a rough quote of 500 quid which is way above what I consider worthwhile, so I am going to look at some private garages in the area. I have read the garage recommendations page and will be trying Northampton Motorsport and Automotive engineering, but does anybody have any good experiences of Garages doing Zetec Cambelt jobs in the area?

yes but then they did manage to break my glovebox whilst changing a fuse eek so maybe a cambelt is best left to the experts hehe

Booked into Northampton Motorsport, only heard good things but with this being the first time I have let a garage do anything to any of my cars, I am a little nervous. Fingers crossed eh?
