After last month's success I thought it best to get this going before it gets to close. I appreciate the weather won't be quite so nice this time round, but being the optimist I am, and given the large and varied amount of metal that arrived last month, I'm hopeful for another good turn out. If I can drive my car, with no roof or windows, about in the weather we had on Sunday, you'll be pushed for a good excuse not to come out and play! wink

Right, due to a suggested new venue, we're now going to the Barley Mow in Paulerspury, more info here. I think it's best we give a few of the local pubs a go before we settle on a more permanent home for the meeting. It would be a shame to miss a good pub with a nutty petrol head landlord just for the sake of no-one suggesting it. Oh, time is still 2 pm.

What weather, a little bit of mist then we saw the sun in the north of the county, with loads of sun over Northampton in the afternoon hehe

I might be able to return your support but it's a maybe as I going to a birthday party the night before and there'll definitly be my favourite beer on so unless I don't drink at all I could still be over the limit on Sunday afternoon especialy if we stay to 4am again like last time - the oldies rebel, on goes the heavy metal and punk biggrin

I'll aim to be there (and maybe even on time if I skip the scenic tour of Blissworth) but this time in a boring tin box due to an excessive number of forward gears in the TVR.

Good luck getting served at The Greyhound, make sure you've got plenty of MOT left on your cars.

Is this open to all?

I have just finished my Caterham (well 2 weeks ago) and this looks like a good excuse for a drive. I’m not completely new I went on an Northants - Dunstable Hoon last year in a BEC MK Indy but have been without a suitable car for a while during the Caterham build.

Andrew, it doesn't matter what you turn up in. There were a few tin tops last time out, so don't worry about turning up in a shed, or the Caterham. I'll be in my BEC unless the weather turns out to be really nasty.

Hi there,

I took my GD T70 Spyder to Sywell in the rain last time , if it's dry and I don't have too bad a hangover from a wedding reception on Saturday evening I'll come along too if thats o.k.?

Yup, basically what the other man said. Any car is welcome, but some cars were created more equal then others! And your's is very nice indeed.

What would people reckon to a venue change to Paulersbury? It's not far from Milton Malsor, and might encourage a few more of the MK lot to come and say hi.

Good for me, since I'd be coming from the south.

GreenV8S, would you be able to scrounge a few more people together from down your way? I don't know anyone down that way, but I have been told there's a good few of you in the MK area.
