Guys i have a 1/5th Scale Race Monster Beetle.

All the components are alloy and im looking to give her a bit of a polish..

does anyone know where or know someone where i can have these polished?

no idea, but you could make a spigot up so you could mount them to a drill and polish them yourself

I'd buy yourself one of those dremmel things and have hours of endless fun doing it yourself, if it was me......just think of the sense of satisfaction and self worth when you have finish....

yeah i have a dremmel, but it just doesnt seem to be up to the job...

i have just purchased a ultrasonic cleaner.. so if anyone needs anything cleaning let me... carb's needles, injectors etc...

im puttin my 26cc zenoah petrol engine in it... should come out looking like new biggrin

there is a thread on here somewhere of a guy that polished the rims on his car himself, he jacked the car up and put it on axle stands, stuck it in gear and polished the wheels, came up a treat hehe

Dave - Soft cloth on a hard surface with autosol. Time and patience.

just taken delivery of my ULTRASONIC CLEANER- 4L



i can fit anything 300L x 160W x 100D

so bits of engine, carbs etc... alloy, ball bearing cases anything really.

let me know guys, i have a couple of 2 stroke engines comming to me this week to be cleaned..
