The Shell on the A45 just of J15 was 107.9 or 108.9 yesterday afternoon. But can't really say I look.

likewise, I have to fill the car up regardless or I can't drive to work smile
just fill up as and when. If you think about it, if ou find a garage that is 2p per litre cheaper than your normal place, on a 60 litre tank you only save £1.20

Pop out of Northants to get cheaper petrol (although the fuel used on getting there might knock out the saving).

You could always just use Tesco's as I do and build up voucher points, which will at least give you the discount later.
Use the vouchers towards a tank of fuel or a bunk bed from MFI.!

jeez I live in the wrong county. Garage in the village has just put their diesel up to 124p a litre and I think its something like 114p in Stratford and Banbury at the moment, but could have shot up since I was there at the weekend.

I filled our Mondeo up at Tesco last weekend and picked up a pack of charcoal and a loaf of bread and the bill was £78. Serves me right for trying to bbq I suppose.

Over here in the US it's just tipped over $4 a gallon and it's all over the front pages of the papers. Still I dread to think what it'll be when I finally get back to the UK, the station near my office was adding about 2p onto the diesel price a week for the last few weeks before I left the country.

Still I took out the Avis return empty thing, they will fill my car up for $3.89 a gallon which was 'more expensive than the pump' when I arrived on Sunday.

BStard petrol pricing, we just bought a diesel knowing it would be cheaper to run, and the prices have just been going up and up- it's now costing us more to run the diesel than the petrol ever did frown

I'm in the same boat, just jumped to a diesel thinking that a 10% increase in economy would go a long way in the wallet depot. Yet I didn't counter that with the ever raising cost, so any gain I had is being wittled away.
