Who would like to go up to Bruntingthorpe one Sunday to see the Vulcan?

I think that days of seeing the plane in the hanger are going to be less frequent as we head towards summer.

Open hours are 10am-3pm and admission is a minimum of £5 donation.

This Sunday or then looking at May?

why not do a run from Sywell after the monthly PH meet?

Would make a nice hoon!

Because the start of May has the Northants run.
Start of June, the plane will not be in the hanger, then hanger visits end.

Yes it would have been a good option otherwise.

Will post up a date once decided.
May be able to schedule after Northants run on 4th or plan for 18th May.

18th May is still an option.

If things still run behind with the project, then I expect the hanger will be opern in June.

I am going to the hanger this Sunday morning (strange timing as it was not to view the plane). Short notice, but if anyone wants to come along, you are welcome.

It flew over my house - so my neighbour told me as I was out! frown

It flew over my house as I was washing the car. It was incredibly quiet for such a large aircraft and was also flying fairly low. Not as low as a Hercules though that passed over one day last week and looked like it was skimming the tree tops!
