I wouldn't go to the Honda garage where Dolf gets his s2000 looked after, they fitted the steering wheel on the wrong side

stupid question, but why do you need to take it to a Honda garage if you've prenged it, surely you need a bodyshop?

Can recommend Proline Paint in Earls Barton, they have done some work my cars and cars belonging to friends of mine, they are a class outfit.

Firstly I would agree with someone earlier who said use a bodyshop (NOT The Bodyshop!) rather than a main dealer.

Secondly I can UNrecommend Kettering Honda if their service dept is anything to go by.

Thirdly, Dolf has never used a Honda Dealer. He uses an independant in Kettereing who I personally wouldn't use again after an experience with Mrs TT's Audi.

I haven't had any experience of bodywork repairs on my own cars other than on old bangers so can't recommend any particular bodyshop.

well...... are we sitting comfortably? then I will begin.
Once upon a time, Tina who works in the NHS was slightly late for work and was rushing to get s parking space before the 8.30 FULL UP sign goes on (I pay to park in staff car park to which the money is deducted from my salary) and it was almost full,apart from a few right at the back near the embankment, so caution to the wind, i decided to reverse into a space ( titter ye not ! yes reverse!)
well basically i reversed into the sign that says do not park against the verge, and cracked my brake light and scratched the bumper.

Not anything major, but as this is the only half decent car ive ever had in my life, and I had managed to never bump, scrape, or dent the other bangers, Im a little bit miffed. so once I can find the pennies I will get my Honda repaired..... have you lost the will to live yet??? very bad idea asking me to explain anything, my stories are in line with Jackanory. yeehaa, will check out some of these garages, just thought you had to have a Honda dealer type place to repair it (never mind)

For that small amount of damage, I can recommend - Paint Tec, Northampton - 01604 864900
Car body repair and painting - they're based between Roade & Blisworth - Worked a treat for us when the wife (cough, cough) drove into our 2nd car.!

Hi Tina, as mentioned before by Tyre_tread, I don't use Honda Dealers.

I have however been using HiTech (Telford Way Industrial Estate) for twelve or so years and have found them reliable (as far as one can trust a garage).

Our relationship is pretty much build on the fact that they will get paid when I am happy with the work they have done...
