Speed to be cut on the 'famous' PH road

Too many accidents and near misses of red cars falling by the railway line, is to cause the speed limit on a nice road to be cut.

I suppose all of those who have had "accidents" at that spot were obeying the 60 limit at the time then?

Obviously everyone will obey the 40 limit when it is posted.

Personally I see it as Darwinism.
