"Normal" garage recommendations near Higham Ferrers

Can anyone recommend a garage just for odds and sods around Higham Ferrers area. Not necessarily for the specialist car (when the next one arrives) but more just for sorting out the daily cars, MOTs, possibly minor bits on the sports car when it arrives, etc.

The two dicks (richards) at the petrol station in Higham or Neil at the tyre place on the corner in college street.

I was about to use Templetons at Rushden actually,
they come recommended by members here
