Well I never thought I'd be bothered about selling the Primera (aka Normy Nissan)but just as I shook hands on a deal to sell it this afternoon I began to realise just what a good chariot it has been for the past 3 years.

72,000 miles and completely reliable. Comfortable, all the toys you could want, plenty of room, economical and for not a lot of money when compared to a German or French equivalent.

Would I buy another one? You bett your sweet donkey I would.

Oh well, after its picked up next week I will only have a choice of 4 cars to play with. Two are 7 years old one is 17 years old and the oldest is 37! Hmmm, I think there's a pattern forming here. New car coming up in 2010?

Ahhh bravo, so they didn't come in heavy handed nor offer you 50p and some cabbages for it then.

glad you managed to sell it, now the little ying can be the workhorse.

Did you advise them they will not only have to register the car with the DVLA but change his name to 'Normski' by deed poll?

Now then!

Jeremy, I got within a couple of hindred quid of the asking price. I have a deposit and they're picking it up next week.

Ollie, the ying has already become the main workhorse but I think it has quite a bad petrol leak as the smell is persisiting. The guy was really pleasant. He amused me when he started complainng about Asian immigrants though smile

Steve, I've already filled in the docs for them to change its name to Something with lots of consenants and no vowels with at least a triple word score of 1000 in scrabble!

Might come and visit tomorrow if you need a hand and you could help my shed gain a tickover?
