It's lowered, got a BIG exhaust and one of those crappy air filters that makes it noisy and not tickover.
Impressive mods, i reckon it must have lost a good 20hp and can fall off roundabouts with ease. (Strangely other than roundabouts it appears to handle OK, something weird with the geometry or maybe just crap tyres).

Was very cheap though.
