As many local PH'ers will know, I have been waiting for the build of my new 50+sqm garage to start and it was scheduled for today.

I called the builder this morning as his man didn't turn up to level the ground with a JCB and was told they're not starting until 2 weeks time as the groundworks man is on holiday on Wednesday for 2 weeks!

weeping

Will it ever be built?

On the basis that the first plans were drawn in 2001 and the current ones were drawn in 2003 and amended in Dec 2003 and Oct 2006, do you want to extend those odds?

Might have a tenner on it!

I have read that before - It really sucks you in!

I'm not sure that the views from my garage will be as good!

Just phone the builder as I was expecting him to start smash today or tomorrow and he said that he's been given some extra work on the existing job and should be able to commence mine around xmas !

You should really channel your frustrations Alan, maybe take up a new hobby? How about Building? Either that or get started on your build blog biggrin.

Really hope you get some form of closure on this ever increasing wait sooner rather than later.
