It's a pity you didn't hang back at Spa for another couple of days. We were there with Book-a-Track on Monday, Tuesday (any car track days) and Wednesday for a Lotus 7 day. As we were maning pit control we couldn't go out together, but managed to alternate between pit and track quite nicely. We managed to get a healthy 280+ miles on the circuit over the two days (Mon & Tues) in our little MK1 MR2 track car which drove us there and back as well with nothing going wrong except the starter failing after the first day on track.

Awesome circuit to drive Managed to take Eau Rouge flat out with an entry speed of 110 and exit at 95. Could have pushed a couple more mph out but the road tyres just weren't up to it.

We are still yet to take in the ring but time didn't allow this year. Next year we're hoping for a Ring, Spa & either Zandvoort in Holland or Dijon in France as part of a summer holiday.

Only found about the track day/s at Spa after finalising our plans. Also I'm not really a full on track day person but I love to do things like the laps at Spa and a lap of the Ring if I can. However, after an evening at the Ring I'm trying not to think about it toooooo much or else I might find myself buying a crash helmet and doing some proper track days afterall.....
