Scarecrows are back in Lubenham 8 & 9 Sept

Lubenham, the home of the Triumph Sports Six Club, just over the Leics Border, is holding its 7th annual Scarecrow weekend on 8th & 9th September.

Last year there were over 100 dotted about the village and a real carnival atmosphere.

I shall probably attend the Britcar show at Wicksteed and then bumble over to Lubenham mid to late afternoon. If anyone wants to convoy over I think it would be a great sight - And its on the way to the M1!

That kind of thing but all of them are dressed in costumes - Batman, Bikers and policmen were all there last year.

Just a bit of fun!

ETA - Raises funds for charity as well as being good for the village.

Excellent, anything that raises money for charity and puts a smile on your face is always worthwhile.
