Vanwall V12 in Kettering

This should go in the spotted section, but I thought it deserved its own thread, as I got a picture of the famous car.

This is the actual car Richard Hammond test drove on Top Gear.

A strange thing happened last night. I was sticking a stamp on an envelope, wondering if I should use the 60's Cooper, or the Vanwall.
As I stuck the Vanwall nice and square, admiring my posh new post I heard a rumble outside. Now how strange is that!!!

It does indeed, I "tried" to follow it along the Parkways of Peatboghorror of few months ago but gave up, wanting to keep my license for a bit longer
